Meeting Point & Check-In

Meeting Time: 15:00
Departure: 15:30 (once all travellers are onboard)

Location: SAILNSTAY – Kas Meeting Point View on Google Maps

The schedule is coordinated with the Port Authority. Docking slots may occasionally change at short notice, and we adapt accordingly to ensure smooth boarding.

Transfers

There is no standard pick-up service for cruises departing from Kas.

All guests must arrive at the meeting point independently.

Optional Private Transfers: Available on request from Fethiye, Antalya or Dalaman Airport.

Drop-off service after the cruise IS included. Details are listed in the section below.

Passport Details Required

To prepare the official passenger manifest, please provide the following information for each traveller:

  • Full Name
  • Passport Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Email

Your details are handled securely and used only for legal cruise registration.

Passport Validity Requirement: Your passport must have at least 150 days of validity from the date of your arrival in Türkiye.

  • Flexible Routing: Adjustments may occur depending on sea/weather conditions.
  • Friendly Social Atmosphere: A relaxed, welcoming environment to meet travellers.

Disembarkation – Demre

Your cruise concludes at:

The crew will escort all guests to the SAILNSTAY Demre meeting point, where drivers can easily find you.

We offer drop-off services to two regions after the cruise:

  • WEST REGION (Demre → Kaş → Kalkan → Fethiye)
  • EAST REGION (Demre → Olympos → Kemer → Antalya)

Important Drop-Off Notes

  • Drop-off service is included only for designated regions and main road points.
  • Remote hotels, hillside accommodations, and properties on narrow roads may require meeting at a central pickup point.
  • Exact drop-off times depend on traffic and the number of guests.
  • Drivers will coordinate with you via WhatsApp after disembarkation.
