Trip Itinerary

Your adventure begins in the vibrant town of Fethiye. Check in at the SAILNSTAY office at 16:00, where you’ll meet your fellow travellers and crew. Once all travellers have gathered at the office, we will head to the Gulet and set sail towards Boncuklu Bay.

At Boncuklu Bay, you’ll have time to enjoy a refreshing swim, followed by tea time and a relaxing warm-up as you settle into your journey. As the evening sets in, enjoy the serene atmosphere and watch the sunset over the water, a peaceful start to your week of adventure.

We start our day early, sailing to Firnaz Bay at sunrise, where breakfast will be served onboard. After a peaceful morning, enjoy a swim at Hidayet Bay, known for its crystal-clear waters. Those seeking adventure can opt for an optional scuba diving session at this bay.

After lunch, we head to the charming town of Kas, where you’ll have time to explore its colourful streets, visit local markets, or relax at a café. In the evening, we sail to Limanagzi, a peaceful natural harbour opposite Kas town, where we will anchor for the night. For those who wish to experience the nightlife, Kas is just a short boat ride away, offering lively bars and cafes.

We start the day by sailing to Inonu Bay, a secluded spot known for its turquoise waters and historical intrigue. Once used as a pirate hideout, Inonu Bay offers both relaxation and underwater exploration, with opportunities to snorkel and swim in its clear waters.

Next, we head to Aquarium Bay, famous for its crystal-clear waters that resemble an underwater aquarium, perfect for snorkelling and observing diverse marine life. After lunch, we sail to Kocakari Bay, a popular spot for overnight anchoring due to its calm waters and serene surroundings.

For those who wake up early, Kocakari Bay offers an incredible opportunity to enjoy the sunrise. The stillness of the bay, combined with the soft light of the early morning, creates a magical moment to start the day.

We start the day with an optional sea kayaking adventure over the Sunken City of Kekova, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Paddle through the crystal-clear waters and explore the submerged ruins, providing a rare glimpse into the region’s ancient history.

After lunch, we sail to Simena Castle, an ancient fortress offering panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding bays. As you make your way to the top, don’t miss the chance to enjoy some delicious homemade ice cream from local vendors. On your way, you’ll also pass stalls offering handcrafted souvenirs, adding a touch of tradition and culture to your journey.

Following the visit to Simena Castle, we sail to Gokkaya Bay for a peaceful afternoon of swimming and relaxing. In the evening, get ready for an adventurous night at Smugglers Inn, a lively party spot accessible only by boat, where you can dance under the stars.

Start your day with breakfast alongside sea turtles, and then get ready to swim with Caretta Caretta turtles. After that, sail towards Guvercinli Island, also known as Pigeon Island, named after the pigeons that used to inhabit the area. This island is located opposite Meis Island, a Greek island. Here, we will stop for a leisurely lunch while taking in the scenic beauty of the Mediterranean.

In the afternoon, we continue sailing to Kalkan Bay, known for its crystal-clear, turquoise waters. This picturesque bay offers some of the cleanest waters for swimming and snorkelling, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the day. We will anchor here for the night and have dinner on board.

We kick off the day with a sail towards the iconic Butterfly Valley, where you can hike through lush landscapes after breakfast. This haven for nature lovers is known for its diversity of butterfly species.

Around lunchtime, we arrive at Oludeniz, one of the most picturesque beaches in Turkey. Relax and take a dip in the clear water or opt for an adrenaline-pumping paragliding session off Mount Baba Dag, famous for its breathtaking views of the Blue Lagoon.

Pro Tip: Paragliding at Oludeniz is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so be sure to bring a camera for aerial shots!

In the afternoon, we sail to St. Nicholas Island for the night. Explore the Byzantine ruins on the island or take a short hike to the top for a stunning sunset view. As the day winds down, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, soaking in the breathtaking views over the Mediterranean—an unforgettable way to end your day.

On your final full day, we’ll explore the beautiful bays near Samanlik, Hillside, and revisit Boncuklu Bay, where you can take a dip in the refreshing waters or simply relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. After lunch, we return to Fethiye Harbor, arriving around 16:00. You’ll have free time to explore Fethiye’s vibrant markets or unwind at a local café before enjoying a final dinner on board with your new friends.

Cabins Onboard

Each cabin is private and ensuite, with a twin, double, triple, or quad bed, your own bathroom, and just enough space to keep things simple. It’s not luxury — it’s clean, compact, and precisely what you need after a full day in the sun. Some bathrooms have a wet-room layout where the shower and toilet share the same space, while others may include a curtain or small divider. We provide fresh bed linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towel for swimming and sunbathing.

Cabin layouts, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly depending on the Gulet. All cabins are in the same comfort class.

They are very attentive and responsive. Eventhough we’re ended up have to take the trip from Demre to Fethiye, but they give as free bus ticket for the make up!
The boat trip itself also very nice, the food is great, the view is amazingly beautiful. Due to bad weather, the first 2 days we’re circling around Demre. But they give us few little compensation trip which is very nice.

The nearest airports to Fethiye are:

Dalaman Airport (DLM)
The closest airport to Fethiye. Transfer time is approximately 45–60 minutes by private transfer and around 1–1.5 hours by shuttle or bus, depending on traffic.

Antalya Airport (AYT)
Located approximately 3–4 hours by road from Fethiye.

From Dalaman or Antalya to Fethiye by Private Transfer

Private transfers are the most comfortable and direct way to reach Fethiye.

We can assist you with arranging a private transfer upon request.

From Antalya to Fethiye by Public Bus
  1. Take a taxi or airport tram from Antalya Airport to Antalya Bus Station (Otogar).
  2. From the bus station, there are direct intercity buses to Fethiye throughout the day.
  3. The journey takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and scheduled stops.

Buses in Turkey are modern, comfortable, and usually include air conditioning and luggage storage.

From Dalaman to Fethiye by Public Transport
  1. Take a taxi from Dalaman Airport to Dalaman Bus Station (Otogar), or use airport shuttle services.
  2. From Dalaman Bus Station, take a bus or minibus (dolmuş) to Fethiye Bus Station.
  3. The journey takes approximately 1.5–2 hours.

Alternatively, seasonal airport shuttles may operate directly between Dalaman Airport and Fethiye.

Yes — drinking water is provided during all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

To help reduce plastic waste onboard, we kindly ask guests to bring a reusable water bottle, which can be refilled throughout the day from shared water containers on the gulet.

Bottled water is not served between meals unless otherwise noted.

Couples would get their own cabin. Depending on your group breakdown, solo travellers will share and may be roomed in a twin, double, triple or quad cabin.

Accommodation in multi-share cabins is included on this trip. Depending on availability, you may upgrade to a private triple/twin/double ensuite cabin. 

Yes, you can change your departure date, depending on availability. A small fee will apply and, if the new departure date is more expensive, this difference will also need to be paid. You may also transfer the money you have already paid over to another trip of the same or higher value, provided it is outside of the notification period.

To ensure you have enough room to move around your cabin, we recommend you bring a small to medium-sized suitcase or backpack.

Due to boat licensing laws, you are not able to bring your own alcohol on the vessel. However, well-priced drinks are available for you to purchase on board using a tab system, which needs to be paid the day you check-out.

On all of our gulet cruises, we offer a traditional Turkish breakfast, a vegetarian lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, which are included in the price.
We offer Jain, Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal and Kosher food options on request.
You are welcome to bring extra snacks for the journey. Drinks can only be purchased on board on a tab basis, paid on the day you disembark.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your own drinks on board (including water) but you can bring your own snacks, such as peanuts, crisps, biscuits etc. 

Bar Payments: Please keep in mind that you will need to have cash available to cover any expenses at the bar during the trip. The bar payments will be settled on the final day of the journey. It is possible that there won’t be any ATMs available at the ports, so it is best to plan accordingly. However, do not worry about withdrawing cash at the outset as there are ATMs in Kas Port town that will become accessible on the second day of the journey.

Some boats have power sockets in the cabins while other vessels only have them only in the salon area. The power sockets can be used when the engine or generator is on.

Beach Towels not provided: Please be advised that we do not provide beach towels on board. We kindly request that you bring your own towels for use at the beach. While bath towels are available, they should not be used for the beach. Please note that shops selling towels are easily found in every town throughout Turkey.

Gulet boats have limited energy resources, which is why it’s recommended to limit the use of air conditioning to 4-6 hours per day. This will help conserve fuel and optimize the efficiency of the boat. It will also extend the lifespan of the generator and support eco-friendly practices by relying on natural ventilation. Running the generator at night can be quite noisy and disruptive to other passengers. Therefore, it’s important to strike a balance between guest comfort and environmental responsibility.

Yes! If you book all 16 spots, the Gulet becomes completely private for your group.

The total boat price is shown in the pricing table under “Private Use – Whole Boat.”
